RIFT goes Free to Play

The Free-to-Play movement has been gaining considerable ground as of late, and Trion World's RIFT is the latest game to hop on the wagon. Starting June 12th the mildly popular MMORPG will be Free-to-Play.

No trials. No tricks. No traps.

Our free-to-play model is built on a simple idea: everyone can download, log in, and play all of RIFT, free. Starting June 12, new players will have access to all game content – from dungeons and Warfronts to the latest raids – with no level restrictions.
